- A deposit is collected after the agreement is signed and a final invoice will be emailed upon completion of project. payment is due upon receipt of invoice. If payment is not received in a timely fashion the site will be taken down.

- Who owns the web site once it's finished? What about copyright?
- BCT owns the code, designs, graphics, layout, and site itself until final signoff. After that...
- You own your domain name.
- You have the right to use BCT's creativity for the web site
- The copyright for all source code, HTML, JavaScript, techniques, applications, or modifications belong to the original owner (BCT, subcontractors, programmers, or image suppliers).
- Original artwork, images or text content supplied by you is still yours.
